Thomas, Kittery, +/-33 in 1680, joiner, bot with L30 borrowed from James Chadburne on a note on the previous day, land in Eliot 2 Feb 1680/1. He m abt 1679 Mary Thompson, who was bp a wid 1 Jun 1712. In 1680 he depos abt Kittery happenings of 1676. With Wm Furbush he bot goods from Joseph Rayne in 1681, made joint note with Furbush in 1683, was sued by Rayne in 1684 and escaped from the sheriff's custody. See Johnson(30). Lists 290, 298(2). In 1704 he had suffered losses from Indian attack. He mtg 55 acres at Thompson's Point to Joseph Smith in 1707, it being redeemed by his son-in-law [Samuel] Shorey in 1712. He d aft 1710 when a writ was issued ag T.R. sr., and bef 1712. Adm 1 Mar 1719/20 to Shorey. The wid d 1 Apr 1738. Six ch surv him out of:

Thomas, the father being sr. in 1710 5. Charity, b 8 or 28 Nov 1687 6. Miles, b 28 Jan 1689; m 16 Feb 1709 Patience Donnell (ct Jan 1710/1) who m2 25 May 1714 Ichabod Jellison. He d bef his fa leaving ch Charity (m1 at Greenland 28 May 1729 George Cross, m2 14 May 1730 John Grover) and Miles who m Mary Huff(3) and was a fisherman in Arundel 1738 and of Sheepscot 1738/9. 7. Eleanor, b 8 May 1693; m Samuel Pike(12). 8. John, b 28 Nov 1697; one John was taxed in Portsm in 1719.
