Joseph and Susanna had 3 children: John, Peter, and Elihu. Their son, John Adams (1735-1826) became President of the United States, and their grandson, John Quincy Adams (1767-1848) also became President of the U.S.

Brief Biography: Joseph Adams (Jr.)(1654-1736/7) lived all his life in Braintree MA. He was a farmer. Joseph Adams (Jr.) and Hannah Bass are grandparents of Pres. John Adams.
